Object: Arrange the hexagons so that they touch the required number of neighboring hexagons.
Review: This game from Kongregate feels a lot like Minesweeper. You have a hexagonally-shaped playing field peppered with various hexagons. Each piece has a number on it which indicates how many neighboring hexagons it will touch when the puzzle is correctly solved. You move the hexagons around on the board until all the numbers match up. As you place pieces, the color will change from red (indicating the piece has too many or too few neighbors) to green (indicating that it has the correct number of neighbors). Once you place all pieces correctly you can advance to the next level.
The game plays pretty smoothly and each puzzle presents an increasingly difficult situation involving higher numbers or locked pieces or different board layouts. Some of the puzzles get pretty challenging. If you are an expert at Minesweeper, you will have to rethink things a bit because the logic is much different in this game. Gamers who like logic and puzzles will enjoy this game a lot. Give it a shot.

The first few were too easy but it started getting better. My Minesweeper days have been over for long but I play Conceptis Fill-A-Pix-puzzles. Here the problem has the twist that you have to move the hexagons from their original location.

Thanks for posting Leena. I felt the same way about this game. It started off super easy (I think so it can teach you the concept). After about 8-10 levels it started getting really challenging. I used to play minesweeper hours each day, but haven’t in a long time.
